Hello. Sorry if this is a noob question, but I can't get milkshape models to animate correctly in dbpro.

Try changing it to directX skin and bones in the jt exporter specifications window.

Edit: and make sure you are not exporting in animation mode

have you got any duplicate verticies, are you sure all the normals are pointing in the correct direction?
