Okay, I have been having weird occurences with Lights in my games.

I put a simple red light into a room, I don't change ANY of the default settings. So the light should be turned on, and the range of the light is rather large.

I run the game and go to where the light is located... but there is no light!

I have two screens of the light (with settings) and of where the light SHOULD be in the game, but it isn't there.

Can someone please take a look at this?

My game settings have the "Full Light Mapping" and "Dynamic Lighting" selected. So what's going wrong?!? This is very aggravating, since SOMETIMES they work just fine.

maybe a Light Range of 150 is not enough

try 250 or more

and maybe check if Dynamic Lights are activated (-> preferences)

And, please, turn the Full Lightmapping off (change to Quick Light Mapping)
it has so many bugs and it takes too much time to build (with static lights)

And about the Full Lightmapping, I haven't seen any downsides to using it, when the lights do work, that option makes them look better (to me at least), and I've never had a slow build (Testing) while using it. But for the sake of compatability, when I release the project, I'll turn it off, just for you.

Also, I initially had the Light Range at the default value of 500, and it wasn't working.
