1) Can I make a round room?
2) Can I make melee enemies, like a Starship Troopers bug?
3) How would I go about making a laser weapon?
4) How would I go making the glow effect on a weapon like a lightsaber?
5) What's the most recemmended model program that's cheap (Or free) and is easy to learn?

Thanks in advance,
OC

1, yep there are some stock meshes in FPSC available.
2, yep...but would be very hard.
3, For yourself...pretty impossible, for enemies....would be hard.
Have to animate them yourself. (look some of butters work)
4, I have an idea....make some shells for the saber,
apply alpha textures on them, so that the center shell would be totally visable, and the outer shell would fade out.
5, free..Blender, Anim8or not free..Milkshape...and thats all i know thats cheap or free.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Orion Carn.
I dont know how much LYTEFX costs.
Or if it is still available.
You should ask Butters since it is his media-pack.

About FPSC, dont know...depends on where you live.
It took for me about 1 week.
And i live in Holland.
So dont know where you are from.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Idaho USA. I guess pretty long...

I have a question on the M9 auto re-loading pistol here http://www.fpscreator.com/pack10.html (Gun 9)... Does the light on the pistols (The ones that show it) in pack 9 and 10, Emit lights?

Like you walk into a dark room, you press a button and the light on your pistol(Or rifle) and it actualy let's you see with the light? If you don't understand anything I just said... I'll try and help.

Thanks for all the help Cheese Cake.

Nope it doesnt emits light.
But i would recommend you to buy both packs (9 & 10).
They are the best weapons-pack that is available for now.
And will look great in any type of game.

It comes with lots of hand textures.
Which you could look into for the hand texture that will fit your game.
So simply....it rocks!

But as for the FPSC thing.
I dont think it would take that long, i have seen some people
post that it took them somewhat more then 1 week before it arrived.
(they also where from USA)

Again, thanks for all the help. I also bought Model pack 5 and sprite pack 1. I was originally going to get those too... But, I'll do it later, it wasn't in the special offer that comes with ordering it... So, I'll do it later.

Orrion,

I live in Georgia and although I had a statement saying it would be three to four weeks, I got it in about five days. I was quite surprised by how fast it arrived.

Every model that you want to import into FPSC.
Has to be an X format.
You can use whatever program you like to use.
As long as the model itself is in a X format.
And also if the polycount is good for FPSC.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Well... Do you have Blender? If you do... Could you show me some tutorials on HoW to control Blender? E-mail the tutorials to me when you find them...

If you use a different program... What is it?

Cheese Cake uses 3ds max as do I, spend 25 bucks and get Milkshape.
Blender is advanced once you learn, milkshape is easy and easy to learn. Definitely try before you buy.

I've tried that... Just a little hard for me to learn... With no tutorials for it... Links to tutorials would be helpful.
