Does anyone know where a list of competitions for these is compiled and listed, if at all?

Where to begin...
There are no audio compo's that I am aware of.
There are many game level contests, the current one if the PGPS Winter Contest, there are only a few entire game contests, but they are around here somewhere, texturing contests aren't too common, but if you look on the models and media board, there is usually a model compo of some description on.

There's no list of competitions as far as I am aware, you just need to look in the right places...
