Wow $39 for only 2 models???. Hate to say it but the chick is funny looking. the head looks to big and she has chicken legs not to mention
that the soldiers legs look wider from the front than from the side.

texturing is extremly flat, looks like you just projected photographs onto it

learn blender, you will never regret it.

You can blatantly tell he just put photos on, sorry mate, but this isn't the way to go about texturing your models. If you are going to use photos, you need to find a way to get rid of the light in the pictures before you use them as textures, they should have completely neutral lighting at first, then slowly adding in shading and letting the engine do the rest of the work.

To be honest I see these things everyday on Morrowind mods. With the texture stuck on them and they don't look good unless you get the proportions right.

I can tolerate the guy, but the woman is really screwed up. The model itself isn't terrible, but the texture is too pale, she has an odd expression on her face, and the hair is kinda blocky.

BTW, I looked at your site and some of your models are quite good! You just need a little work on you Human models.

Well, it's good he's selling more models, but of course, work needs doing on these models. Perhaps if you observe models in games from a 'how do I do this?' point of view rather than looking at a picture and
thinking 'how do I make a realistic looking low poly model?' (although literally I doubt that's the approach, but I'm just trying to bring about a point).

Also, with texturing not many people slap photos on, they can cause problems and inconsistencies, people may use a clone brush on the skin (or a custom photo brush) and pay attention to details on a person model and paint it. They may even use body parts, but some of the detail still relies on the model, even if it's low poly.

Just a few comments and pointers when approaching humans, though good luck with Arteria and your 3D modelling endeavours.
