Download the fpsc skeleton for milkshape and rig your model to it.
then export it and copy a stock characters fpe and adjust it to fit your needs.

@TheBoss: Did you join my forums? And Before you do animate it check if it has any deformity problems as this will make your model look rubbish when its doing a action.

And character shop makes to many frames so too much lag.

@theboss: You don't have to make every single frame! Just create the keyframes (important moments in the movement ie: the peak of the lift-up of an arm) and Milkshape will stitch them together to make a fluid movement.

I recently bought Milkshape, and am going to start exporting animations soon, but I haven't really got that far yet...

...swap out your existing bones for the Milkshape skeleton that Nomad Soul has posted above.

It'll solve all of your animation woes, regarding making your model FPSC ready.

Yeah, I've got Milkshape and can so far only create still models (no animations) and I really would like to know how I could do it.

Do I just export as a DirectX (JT) as I normally would, but include animations to the model as well? I was thinking about copying the door fpes and adapting them, and I know about the frames specified, but would I also need a script to go with it?
