Thanks for the interest in my previous question!Now i've desided to mess up with the existing models and i found that the best model for the face texture i,m aplling is the security guard model.i edited the texture and erased the police badge and painted the clothes.now my problemis that i wan to get rid of the police hat i've tried many programs like milkshape(but icouldn't control it) and the only programm icould use was gmax but theb i couldnt import the animation or the texture right!is there an easy way to get rid of the hat and edit the texture(paint the palce whele the hat used to be eith hair or skin colour?Any ideas-suggestions?i dont want to make it look good i just want to make it work.

Select the polys that make up the hat and delete them. If there's a hole where the face was, you'll have to fix it.

The problem is in which program should ido this i'm having problems with using milkshape.Is there another programm that can handle .x files and don't lose the animation?also how im going to add more texture to the area i will reconstruct after deleting the hat?

also is there a way after making the file 3ds to add again the animation and export it as a working .x file?

οκ,if anyone is interested to help me edit the security guard model so i can remove his hat and alter the texture so ican add hair and skin instead of the hat texture plz answer or send me a pm,i'm willing to pay for this.
