The only thread I can find on problems with installing the model packs is this, but maybe it will be of some help. As the others said, you should describe your problem otherwise people won't be able to help.

Ok, lets apply logic to this approach. Barring unique and really obscure problems, these are the only two options:

1)Since it is a simple EXE file and has no direct requirements to execute, that shouldn't be the problem. If it is, then you do not have priveledges to execute programs. Log in as administrator. If you can't, ring tech support.

2)You are entering you serial key incorrectly. Make sure the V is in capitals.
