I'm not totally sure what this is; just a gas-powered, flamethrower-type weapon. It's 1766 Polies. I'm not planning on texturing it, it was really just for some modelling practice. Crit is wanted.

Looks great, mate.

Those tubes deserve some smoothing. Here are some options:

1. Vertex by vertex tweak;
2. The tool in Edit Panel -> Curve and Surface, which is very good to make cables and other extrusion-based meshes.

If you prefer the second option and have some trouble using it, just tell.

Actually, "KKK" sounds like laugh in our language. We do not support Ku Klux Klan. I would kill KKK if it was a man. Cheers.

Ya, I figured the tubes needed some work. I'll see what I can do.

Render is kinda dark. Yeh might want to use more than just AO for lighting.

What software did you use?

If someone says "pls" because it is shorter than "please" I say "no" because it is shorter than "yes"...

Nice, but needs more than 8 cylinder segs. I think 10-12 is minimum.

Make games, not war.

GO BLENDERRRRRRR!!!!!!

@ accoun:

Ya, I realized that it does look kind of blocky with only 8 segments. I'll try and round all of it a bit.

you are improving verry quickly. this is very good compaird to some of your other modales

it would be a real pain to uv map tho, i can see why you don't want to texture it

learn blender, you will never regret it.

Thank you very much hessiess! It's very encouraging to get compliments from someone like you!

Ya, I'm really not great at UV Mapping, so it'd probably turn out awful. But I'll try.

Darth Blender? I think Hessiess is getting a new nickname...(We know he's one)

Looks good mate, though the AO/Stochastic render is too noisy...but I know, you're not showing off rendering skills.

As said you can probably increase the polies around the cylinder (which is still doable if you get the knife tool and cut in those extra segments if you wish too) I can see an improvement in your work mate, good stuff and keep it up...

Now try UVMapping the bugger... If you can do it, then it's excellent practice.

I love Nancy DrewG

Lol. Up til now, I haven't unwrapped anything that's more than about 300 polies. This is going to be though...
