FPSC Classic Product Chat / entities instead of segments?

if you were to do completly flat entities that acted as segments, would it cause less lag instead of using actual floor segments? because floor segments arent completly flat(thin), its thicker, and has more polygons

Trying to use entities for floors can lead to collision problems.
If your game is running slow, it's not going to be because you used a standard floor segment.

Problem is collision (like Uthink said). When you walk on entities sometimes you'll get stuck.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

You can get stuck on the regular segment floors anyway, lol. I've had it happen lots of times, and I know other people have it happen, too, because I've watched demo videos where people get stuck on the floor and they're forced to crouch to get out of it.

The only bug I cannot avoid so far...
Does anybody have a clue how to do it?
