I got a tip that someone was tried and succeeded in illegally copying the full FPSC program.

I have no reason to believe that this is a true statement.

From the tip I got, he doesn't belong the the forums-but he wants to join.

I apologize if this is been discussed before. I'm just throwing it out there.
