FPS Creator X10 / question about compiled game with fpsc x10

well, after making the EXE of the game made by FPSC X10 , does it need a high configured pc to play those? does it neeed vista with direct x 10 graphics card?

Uhh... this is a bit of a stupid qwestion, but yes, it will need a high-end PC to run the game and it's a must having a Dx10 card + vista.
