Is it possible to make moving entities such as cars, trucks, and planes in our levels? If so, how hard is it?

its hard to do its realisticly but you can import it as an entity and make it follow way points

If I remeber it right, there should be a script that makes dynamic entities follows way points.

Or if you just want small movements (van drawing to a halt, doors opening, animate it in Milkshape...

Notice how he didn't try walking in front of it or throwing something in front of it. Also the wheels didn't spin although that could be fixed with an anim.
