no offence but while we like to help out where we can when the user has read the manual and done some research of their own, compressing video is not really directly linked to FPSC at all, anyway its a simple as using google or yahoo anyway you need software to do it for you, you can try the free version jsut drop it into windows movie maker that comes with your machine and save it out with different settings or download some software to compress it most need to be paid for to be used properly

Thanks
Adam

not really because most compressed formats don't work with FPSC but im not here to argue that point, I cant remember the one I used, but if you search for one that converts to .wmv that compressed format does work

Thanks

Its ok you are right I can be abit harsh at time but the point of being creatvie and making games is to try things yourself and when you have been here as long you see too many people who would rather someone look in the manual for them than them doing it themselves and well people like that will never make a great game unless they sort it out.

EDIT: By the way try this, I think this is the one I used and there should be a 30 days trial

Try Windows Movie Maker, that's what I use for mine.

Yeah, that works fine for me. It converts it into .AVI... If you have vista... It works like that... Maybe windows released an update for windows movie maker, that way you could do it with XP.
