Free Road Rage Pack- road systems

Download the free Road Rage pack - 32mb

Hi, this is Ross tra damus here, first of all, many thanks to Nickydude for creating this Post and uploading this 'Road Rage Pack'. For one reason or another I just could not get the Pack to upload on the Forum from my computer and Nickdude has come to the rescue.

Here you can download the 'Road Rage Pack'- road systems which comes with a Pdf Manual and install instructions.
I have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to install and use the Pack but can I ask you to PLEASE read any information or instructions which you find in the Zip file before you install the Pack.

I hope you find a good use for this Pack.

All the best of luck.
Cheers
Ross......aka.......Rosstradamus

Ps.....Nickydude is 'hosting' this Pack on his web site (very kind of him) and if anyone else would like to host it on their sites, could you please just download it from Nickydudes web site.

Many thanks again to Nickydude for helping me out with this.

I'm not very good with 'internet' stuff but here is another link to the 'Road Rage Pack' which may be a little faster to download.

Edit- This link is down, new link added at end of this thread.

It's the first time I have used this kind of service so I hope the link works OK.

All the best of luck

Looks great Ross; you'll have to put it all together in a massive road pack pretty soon!

Thanks for your comments.
If response is good enough then I will consider doing more but if not I will drop this because of 'time' issues.

All the best of luck to you all

Ps..Has anybody else had trouble using the 'upload Applet' in this Forum?

How about one-piece "T" and "+" intersections? How about black streets with yellow double lines and concrete sidewalks?

Thanks, I'm pretty proud the way they came out. Don't forget that you can change the sound for the road bits to a more metallic sound if you want.I left that particular sound fx for the road to just give the impression of stepping off the pavement onto another material.

Jeffrey Morris

A one-piece "T" and "+" intersection would have had too many segment 'parts' to them and would be very cofusing to re-texture for me and anybody else. I had thought about that but decided it was too much plus the method now is not that hard to get to grips with.
Have you read the PDF manual I supplied because it explains that you can now 'mix and match' the 'pavement only & road only' segments to create different variations of road systems. The 'Abby Road & Penny Lane' has black roads with yellow lines and the paving from 'Blitz-before' is concrete slabs which you could try and piece together to get the result you have mentioned.
You could also try re-texturing to get the results you would like.

Plus read up on the extra feature which will allow you to change the scenery you would see if you look into one of the 'Drain' road segments.
I hope this has helped.

All the best of luck.

I would like 'Abby Road & Penny Lane' black roads without yellow markings for use inside intersections.

You have to make sure the textures folder is placed into the texturebank folder in the FPSC directory.

Good luck
