When we distribute an exe generated by DBPro, is that all the user need to run it? Or they've to have DirectX 8.1 or later already installed on his/her machine?

Yes, they need at least DX8.1 (preferably 9.0a) before trying to install. It must be fully working (and properly too).

3D Hardware rendering is best, so the graphics card must be at least DX8 complaint, otherwise its going to crawl along.
