Hi and welcome to the fourms.Im sorry to say that you question will probably not be answered do to the fact that it is breaking a copyright law.None or hopefully none of the fourm members break copyright laws so they will not help you do it etheir.

Well I dont actually think it is possible to use the Duke Nukem High res models as I think there actually not really models just fancy animated pictures. Unless they were able to change the engine code dramtically because I no the old Duke Nukem the characters ere just animated pictures.

The high res pack added real 3d models, nor would this be illegal, as I think it was a fan made pack.
Here, I found a picture from it (I think) and, yeah, it is 3d

(Link because it is a huge picture)

Well, what format are the files in?

I don't need something as silly as this

Actually for one, you are wrong, in the HDR copywright it says clarly in the disclaimer that I or anyone other may do as we wish with any materials included and take it to the extent of anything we want except for selling it. I made sure this was ok first.

- Models, Yes they are models because Garry's Mod used the Duke Nukem High Res Pack models in a release recently actually.

I am not selling this its just for fun btw. It is my fan project.

walking on a thin tightrope there m8...
personally i think your nuts to attempt to incur the wrath of a multi-million dollar establishment......

anyway, the models probably aren't in DirectX format anyway...

it was a fan based "upgrade"...
So it wasnt made by a multi millian dollar etc...
It was made by a few people...
Nothing wrong with that...

If you could convert them into another format...
Than it would work....
If not....well than....the best of luck.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.
