MagicFPS is NOT under the GPL

you cant just put it under it, no license does not mean it is not copyrighted work

and also, if it was under the GPL, you wouldnt be allowed to sell it

yes, and he owns the copyright on it.

Meaning you cannot resell it

I have shown you 2 references that tell you that software is copyrighted to the author

i have also shown you a except from the magicfps website clearly stating that you cannot resell magicfps without permission from the author. How much more proof do you want?

Hmm first of all I did have Permission.
Second of all guess what there wasnt any proof because that is from another program I want to see a License on the website that is stating this!

Wikipedia is not always correct because anyone can edit it!
Also I do not have permission to show permissions it says directly not to forward Copy and paste or anything without permission!
