Is it possible to have FPSx9 games run with Verticle Sync on?
Cause those lines are killing me!

Can you take a screeny of the lines you are refering to? I don't seem to have that kind of problem with my game... or maybe I'm just subconciously ignoring them.

turn down you montiors refresh rate to 60... no because in DBpro vertical sync locks the frame rate to 60 and it needs to be close to 30 for FPSC games. Dispite this it would require a source mod and that would make you lose all the updates

Thanks

I think the refresh rate is at 60
Also I don't literally mean lines I mean out of place graphics like an interlaced game.

don't know then you can have v sync because in DBpro you have to have 60 and FPSC runs at 30ish.

Thanks

No.

That's not DBPro, that's vsync itself. Vertical Sync locks your fps to your refresh rate.

It may be in your graphics card settings as an override, so try creating a program profile (easy enough if you have a Geforce, unsure about ATI).

the DBpro documentation claims to lock it to 60fps it doesnt say anything about the refresh rate so i assume it changes to refresh rate also anyway as has been said there will need to be alot of work before this is possible however TGC's next FPSC update will most likely include this

Thanks
Adam
