Howdy,

I just started playing with Pro last night and I'm having a blast. So far I am laying down the ground, creating an object and then can move the object and camera around and rotate the object along all axis.

What I'd like to do now is to select a static distance from the object and "lock" the camera to that distance. The camera should then adhere to the following properties:
1. Always rotate at a fixed distance around the object.
2. Always point at the center of the object as it is rotated around
3. Always remain "level" to the ground (unless at the zenith or nadir positions).

Could anyone point me to the math for determining the camera position based on those rules?

i think there is a "set camera to follow" command that always points the camera to an object. check in the index.

What if the hokey pokey really IS what it's all about?
