What does usesky do? Does it only display the sky in outdoor areas? If I only use rooms and the sky isn't visible at all can I change it to "usesky=0"?

What is the universe.dbo?

What files can I delete if I don't use a sky?

why would you not use a sky :s its not like it causes any slow down at all, univewrse i dbo is the maps used by the engine for collision calculation i believe
