Hi, can someone give me a link to a place where I can downoad music for my game?Oh I saw this in many forums but did not understand it, do I need a ESRB rating to sell my games?

Try http://www.sounddogs.com/, they do sfx and music (although look at the terms and conditions )

Dont know about brick and mortor stores, but online, the answer is no.
Also The Game Creators do sound packs. You can buy sound FX Cds as well they are quite common, do a google, look for sound libarys, or royalty free sound fx.
