I know FPSC X10 is coming out but should I get FPSC because my friends dont have Geforce 8000 series and I heard sooner or later they will update it and might and some new features.Please tell me what to do?

This is the only engine I have ever seen with people asking if they should buy it, why is this? Also cant all these threads be put into one thread, they are getting a bit much.

Anyway, to answer your question, I suppose that if you want to sell games commercially, buy X10 with the license, but if you're wanting to share games between people that don't have the hardware to run X10 games, get X9, as some of the features included in the X10 release will be backported to X9.
