Do I have to have a X10 graphics card for X10 to work on my computer.

Had you checked a few threads, maybe the sticky s...you would have found that yes indeed you do need a direct X 10 graphics card to run the software.

Also, some forum members get annoyed at abbreviations, as this isn't kindergarten or elementary school, so I've edited your title for you.

I'm guessing X9 is the same, but with X9 Graphics Card.

Pretty much, although the X9 requirements are drastically lower than the X10 ones, plus almost every graphics card in production is X9 compatible.
