YES! Dark GDK Now free!!!

I would just like to ask if anyone knows if this will work with VC++2005 (thats VC++ 8 express) because its being distributed with 2008 as default. I dont want 2008 because i cant be bothered with the download and im running low on space. As well as that, i work with the source engine, and that will not allow me to use 2008 as far as im aware...

But ive used Dark BASIC pro, and my first language is C++, so i really look forward to linking the two together to make a game!
(good free GAME - not graphics - engines are hard to find these days)

Will you release 2005 versions (soon) or is there any sort of golden handcuff with Microsoft that will not allow you to do so?

I have vague plans for World Domination

We do have libraries for 2005 but for various reasons we stuck to 2008 for the final installer. Once some more testing has been done we can release the 2005 libs.
