ok is there a way to shoot out vents or doors like in F.E.A.R?

and also a question to go along with this can you have a window and shoot it and have some bits hanging on?

To shoot out doors and vents, reduce their strength.

As for the glass thing, it would have to be modeled and animated, although there is prbably a way to make a "Partial Glass" model to place with the normal window glass which would not destruct when shot or otherwise broken.

Best.

Ahh... well then. I guess I never played fear.

That's a problem. We did a work-around a while back by using 2 doors and an explosion. I think I put a vid on YouTube.

Yep. Here it is.

Best.

Well, the barrel has nothing to do with it. LOL That was just for effect. The solution we used was to have something explode (C4) so that the explosion would hide the fact that the door is disappearing and there is another one on floor behind it.

To make it fall down when you shoot it, it seems like it would need to be a character and use rag doll effects.

best.

Or just animate it, which would be easy.
