But I was just wondering how would I code a cube that, when you click on it you can change its position. "Drag and Drop"

Please to realy help me out don't just post the code, but could you explain it as well or just an explaination

An easy way if your camera doesnt move around to much.

make a mouse cube to check the collision of your mouse location and the object within question.

while the mouse is down and colliding,
position the intended object to the mouse cube position.

when the mouseclick is over stop positioning the cube to the mouse cube.
