Dark GDK / Fatal error

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'dplayx.lib'
I have add the path of directx9 and the game creator
but it still have this.....
Is it because my directx sdk is december not august?

Using an older version of the DirectX SDK may cause issues. The same is also true of using more recent versions. For now download August 2007 DirectX SDK and use this.

Dark GDK only works with the August 2007 version, so you'll need to use that instead of anything else. Also note that when you use Windows Update, it will also check for DX updates, so make sure you uncheck those downloads before you update.

1. Install the August 2007 DirectX 9.0c here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=529F03BE-1339-48C4-BD5A-8506E5ACF571&displaylang=en

2. And thats it. If your still having problems, use a tool like DirectX Eradicator and remove all DirectX cores. then reinstall 9.0c using the link above.

Btw, the funny thing is, my video card is a full featured DirectX 10 (Shader Model 4.0) graphics card w/ DX10, but Dark GDK co-operates with it. I have no DirectX 9.0c anywhere- I checked.
