the top part of the wings I think needs a little more detail as it now just looks like a extruded cylinder

I think the wings need to be a little bit more...well...wingy...

google 'bat wings' or 'dragon/demon wings' to see what I am getting at, the anatomy of the wings isn't quite adequate...Same with some of the other anatomy...mostly it's the muscle structure and well some facial features could be improved IMO.

The horn shape is pretty pointless/useless and looks pretty frail and square...The fingers I think need a bit more work and some details on the palm of the hands. And I'm not 100% happy with the ear and face detail.

Thats my crit and probably a bit loosely put, but good work my man, looks good and nice topology.

I love Nancy DrewG, but not insert brain here

Take a look at how Blizzard does Illidan as a good reference for physically realistic wings for a humanoid. The wings you have just wouldnt get that humanoid airborne.
