Anyone know how to delete a soundzone once it has been used?

Do you mean remove it from the map, or to only have it play the sound once during the game?

To remove it from the map just left click on it and then right click on it. Or right click on it and hit delete.

To only have a sound zone play a sound once in the game, assign it the script soundinzone.fpi.
