Hey i was just recently playing around with FPSC and then when i want to place two segments against each other this happens what can i do?

Reselect the segment from the library by clicking on it. Press the M key for wall only mode. Rotate the arrow until it points where you want to replace the wall. Left click the mouse to place the wall.

The manual has all of the keystroke definitions in it.

Along with the manual get Nickydude's FPSC guide (you'll find it in a sticky at the top of this board)...the "unofficial" (and,in my opinion,superior) FPSC manual.These two things will help you on your way.

Please have mercy and use the search function.
