it should. I ran a sample in dgdk.net using bsp not too long ago and it worked ok.

DGDK supports BSP, but there are drawbacks with using the BSP format. Unless you use a third party library to obtain the Entity information from BSP files, they are effectively static maps. The collision system works well with BSP files though.

You can also create your own BSP maps by obtaining an older version of Valve's Hammer, or QuArk
