Before I start my new sci-fi/modern game, Storm 9.0: Ohm, which is set in a futurized, wartorn New Jersey, I need some ideas on what the first and second levels should be. Note that I have model packs 2, 3, 4, and 6, and the game is going to use the following stock weapons: MiniGun, Uzi, Blaster, Assault-Rifle, Tavor, Autoslug, and Vickers.
Here's a snippet of the game's story:
In 2047, mid-21st century technology has set a course for a new breed of soldiers; supersoldiers. They are derived rom over 700 dead bodies found after World War 3 in Canada (for the USA's expansion into the North.) The US lost WW3, and the Army's branches invented a new soldier type (similar to the SPARTANS in Halo, but uses a different setup). The 724 dead soldiers were put into metal, armor suits. One of them, George Campbell, #S589 (the player) was found with his arms blown off (Glaive--knife 'nade, LOL) and had a metal torso on his suit. This 'magnet' is the future's metal arm & hand. The magnet will recognise if the weapon needs to be shot, reloaded, or swapped for another weapon in the inventory. These supersoldiers are sent in combat in over 20 states. Out of 724 SS's, only 15 survived. The North (Canada) uses technology to arise skeletons and dead people (zombies and bone-guys, hah!) and "sics" their army of undead, alive, and bones on the US. George Campbell (now called Storm 9.0, hence the name of the game) is sent to NJ to rid the state of its turmoil.
This is basically a large snippet (sorry, bad habit of typing big things) of info. Imagine seeing a metal android walking around with a machinegun floating in front of his torso, LOL!! *Ahem* This game will have 21 levels, with bosses every 4, 5, or 6 levels. I typed the story to give you general info on S9.0
, and because I need ideas for levels 1 & 2. Also, MODS, can you keep this open for a while so people can comment and such. This sub-forum is used to talk about FPSC (obviously, I can't post threads like this in Showcase), so....yeah.
Enough rambling! On with the ideas!
