Is there a way to display my program on an actual form, so i can make a editor for my own game.

No. You have to either create the editor on top of the "game" (using the graphics output enhanced with some GUI) or you can run the game as a separate process (in separate window) and drive it by your editor using inter-process communication (over TCP/IP for example).
