Unless you know how to set-up PHP, a server, paypal, ect. You're out of luck.

www.spruz.com you can make a good website for free with unlimited pages and other features it is what i am using (not on the websites below they were past projects that will be discarded in the near future when my current website is looking more professional) then get a domain name i use .tk (dot.tk is there website) because they are free but you could use something else like .com it is expensive to upgrade mind but there isn't much need to.
