How can I make a model in ms3d or wings 3d with quads instead of triangles? Or is there some free program that can help me convert a model? Help, please.

AFAIK MS3D is currently incapable of modeling in quads. They may have already added support, however, because I usually neglect updates. Although I'm nearly 100% sure that they aren't going to add it for a long time to come, if they ever do.

Wings models in quads - you can triangulate a mesh and un-triangulate a mesh.

Any models you make is going to be in quads.

If you are importing a triangulated model into wings then: press B - select model - press F - right click-->tessalate-->un-triangulate.
