Hi I want to know which of the following programs is better for modeling and animating characters and entitys? and which one is easyer to use?

Lightwave 3d
Cinema 4d
or Carrara 6 pro

i have searched and (i have never done modeling before)

Welcome to the Forum.

I'm sure each of the 3D packages you have listed there have Demos you can download, visit their site and try them out.

A warning about Cinema 4D though. At the moment the DirectX file support for Cinema 4D is shockingly bad. But It is a great program if you aren't using it for Game Dev.

Just read those rules I gave you and download the demos of the Products.

C4D is easy to use and everything you'd want from a modelling program
Plus you can download this plugin which makes the DX exporting so much better
