First things first!
Could any newbies to the wonderful world of 3D modeling please please not attempt to fool those already involved in the business, hobby etc!!! And don't try to con those here on these forums!
3d modeling is a community of its own! We all venture to other forums(not only this one) and a lot of us network between each other, sharing ideas, learning... (The same also goes for those involved in other aspects of the hobby, game designers, texture artists etc)
If you are serious about getting into the business then DO NOT go down the path of the ripper!(someone who steals others work and claims it as their own), as it will give you nothing but a bad name from the word go and once you got that it could be very hard to clear it and gain peoples trust!
Also it is damn right disrespectful to the original artist!!!
People like myself, ruccus, j.Fletcher, higgins, Butters to name a few(As well as all the other artists out there)put a lot of hard work and effort into what we do.
We destroy our liver with endless amounts of coffee, ruin our looks with constant late nights and risk relationships with our loved ones for spending to much time by our machines just to have sad people like yourself(Insane James, Nathen)come along and claim our creations for their own.STOP THIS!!!

Insane James or James Hardy(whatever you want to be called), I cant believe you have attempted to claim models as your own from someone else who has stole them!
Lets look at your mistakes first before I reveal the bitter truth.
1. Not long ago you were on here offering some very bad customized models from Make Human,yet we now find out your brothers a 3d modeler with pro software!Hhhmmm, whys he not showing you the tricks of the trade?
2. For someone who can afford Maya and Max, its odd that they have a freeweb site!
3. The styles of both models are very different!
4. Your name does not sound Russian!!!
Unlucky for you, my wife is Russian and is involved in the digital arts over there!

I think its very sad when a person does this and even sadder that you JAMES have just attempted to steal of another thief and claim it as your own!
Not a good start Nathen and Insane James i thought you would of learnt, but it looks like you want to dig yourself a deeper hole, you'll be in china soon mate...
Newcomers you get more respect and help if you try to learn modeling and not steal.
