I have a question. Say i ordered a model pack, If i download it onto a 1 computer, can i go to my order history and put it on another computer for free? Or do i have to pay for it again?

You can but only if its your computer and only one is being used at a time, for example if you are workin on a game and have two computers you use for whatever reason at different times fine but if for example you have two computers and a friend helping you. he cant use your copy at the same time as you legally even if both computers are yours.

As a general rule, what Storm said is true. If like me, you have a computer at home and one at work, or a desktop and a laptop, and you use both to create games, then you can load it on both for your own personal use. Installing FPSC, a model pack, or almost any software that isn't free on someone elses computer is illegal.
