Yep, Jeffo32 is right.

FPS Creator and Dark Basic or Dark Basic Pro, whatever your using, cannot convert your game to the format of PS2, XBOX 360, PS3, PSP, DS, or anything, pc only. Besides, even if you could, how would you get the right kind of disk and everything for a psp game.

If you want to create a Psp game learn c++ or you can google for a psp game maker.

I thought DirectX was supported on the XBox, and that DarkGDK was a directX wrapper???

For the 360 you should use XNA/C#. DarkGDK won't work on it.
