I was wondering i have found this free terrain maker it can make .x
and other files and so would it be able to be put into fpsc the terrian???

The issue isn't with the program. It's whether it's .x export is good. You can make the terrain an entity and import it. If you use Milkshape on the .x model you could reduce the polys if needed. I've seen a lot of posts about collision trouble when doing terrain. You might want to check those out, unless you're just doing it for scenery.

Has the issue of the player falling through the terrain been addressed? If the terrain model is more than 3x3 squares the player used to fall through the terrain. If this issue has not been fixed then a large terrain model would be a waste of time. There are a number of people that have made terrain models in sections and had success with that method.

Just some info that might help you out some.

No it wont work. You can walk around in the landsacape yes, but the enemys is falling right thru the ground, and if You lock the enemys You will get a problem shooting them becouse the lower part of the body will turn off the collision protection. Save Your money for something better, I have tryed it all and nothing works except segments..
