I was just wondering if there is a list available with all the Dark A.I commands and meanings available for X10 or do we have to purchase Dark A.I. in order to get a list, because I'm having problems with a custom animated character of mine that is not using the Stock FPSC biped animation sequence, My charter moves around in X10 but its not playing the animation while its moving.

I read that in the manual as well and I've looked at the both scripts and the one darkinit.fpi from what I can tell starts the roar animation and sound set for Magnason the SIFI character bond1 made and then it starts the other script darkai.fpi and from what I can tell in that script it has to do with weapons reloading and shooting. But unless I'm overlooking it I cannot find anything to do with character movement and the start and stop of animation for character movement.

Whats the shark look like in x9 ?

I had the same problem I fount that adding ANIMATIONOVER=1 before destroy helps kill the char as some char gets stuck because of the ragdoll.

Im just getting me head around the new scripts meself but you can use the old x9 scripts with making changes.

I have a look if you want and see if there anything I can do to help.(up to you)

s4real, I forgot to mention that I sent you all three maps for him in .jpg format instead of .dds becuase of file size I didn't now how big your mailbox was so you might want to convert the jpg back to dds if you have any problems thats how I was running them in X9 and X10

I have been working on creating new characters with custom animations for the last week. It would be disappointing if they do not work in FPSC X10.

I will keep on eye on this thread and give a report on anything I find with my characters.

Models look great so far!

It's easy not to get lost when you have no idea where you are going

S4real and myself figured out the problem it was the biped. And the swim sequence and movemnet has been fixed in X10. and I tried out the new biped on the tiger shark. I also have to script him to inflick damage he is using the stock Dark AI character script in this video. with all setting in the character editor set to instant attack

I was going to try that tschwarz, I just got done putting about 10 sharks in my map and they were tearing me up and each other trying to get to me it looked like a feeding frenzy. I also got my Alligator working X10 also using the same script s4real made for the shark, I'm uploading a video on youtube of the alligator frenzy I made in X10

Looks better in x9 I think.. Its just a bit hard to see when the shark is dead. Roll over and sink wourld be an awesome death animation! Dont know mutch about X10, but it wourld be nice if You courld make the shark swim from the surfice to the bottom with waypoints.. (If possible)

Does anyone know if the 'Loaded?' command actually works? I still see enemies reloading once they see the player, which is very unrealistic. Just want to know...

so im guessing your making a game where you control an army of animals to eliminate a certain threat? to tell you the truth that is on my top five for most original fpsc games:
1. Kingdom Over the Hill ( educational game with fpsc?!?! )
2. Umbra ( no guns or enemies just a twisted universe )
3. this game
4. Sniper ( a game where you get one bullet and have to kill a certain target without detection )
5. Parasite Quarintine ( a really cool horror game )

you can look it up these are all real fpsc games ( even the educational one for little kids )
