Dark GDK / CFrameWnd?

Can I use a CFrameWnd with a DarkGDK C++ application? Specifically, can I open a window "on top" of a fullscreen app? I want to implement a menu-system that allows the user to buy and sell goods at a space station, so when they're docked with the space station a buy/sell menu opens up on top of the game window. What is the easiest way to implement this?

Windows Mode - Toss a thread/Window in front of it - Once you go Fullscreen - I think you need to use either HomeBrew from scratch or "HomeBrew" using the DirectX "gui" stuff. (Like the DarkBasicPro BlueGui" addon - but I don't THINK that works in DarkGDK yet.
