So this morning I found a neat little bug. Raise your FPS (Frames per second) easily. Within your main loop just:

set cursor 0,0: print "FPS ";screen fps()
sounds easy?

Now for faster rates just print again!
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()

and again!
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()
print "FPS ";screen fps()

This morning I got my FPS to 500127! And you can too!

So really, is this a bug? Has anyone else noticed this??
It raises an interesting question, if we don't print the FPS rate does the program run slower? he he he. (sarcasm)

Yes, its a know bug. The FPS thet the screen fps() command gives will increase each time you call it, until you sync.

I tested your bug report to the Roman Numerals code Blank (http://www.darkbasicpro.com/apollo/view.php?t=11215&b=6&p=0) and I don't see a problem at all.

Also reading the function I cannot understand how a secondary call would affect it.

Are you using patch 4.1 ?

I don't have 4.1. I'm too lazy to download it. I'll wait till 5 comes out.
