Dryll, you are the essense of oddity! Like spiders or that weird moth creature I found under my windowsill eating some kid's sneaker on the day I got expelled from that other bad boarding school. Sumit yourself to a correctional facility before you become like that moth-creature!

I have developed this thread so he can continue his rants in a more relevant place . Since I've insulted him in some form, I'm sure he's got several million angry words up his sleeve.

Dagnabbit! I can't find the original thread where you insulted him! Please emphasise where these insults occurred, because any moth like underpant rantings have to be admired in all their glory!

I was referring to the insult at the top of the page. I've actually called him several unsavory things throughout the history of the forum-- none of which I regret and all of which are parralel to my current opinion of him-- simply look around any hot topics.

not sure who it is but whenever there's a hot topic someone sits idly by with popcorn in one hand and a coke in the other watching the flames from afar i wonder who that is?

This is true, Mouse has taken to repeatedly flaming me in many threads. I had to decide long and hard about taking this bait and sinking to his level on this one.

The fact remains: I produce quality software and Mouse doesn't. It's envy and i'll continue to ignore it.

Topics like this should be deleted or locked.

What is funny is that it probably won't be. The topic on the nFinity waited till it was just about settled down, then it was locked. That topic at least had some disagreements about a subject, rather than a whole topic dedicated to the toasting of one person.

Mouse, there are people on this Forum that I don't care for either. Making a topic like this though is uncalled for and a waste of space.

I don't think you follow . Dryll was bringing up a political topic in an uncalled for thread. I made this here so he could bring the 'discussion' of his out of that thread and into a slightly more relevant one in a more relevant forum, see .

Uncalled for a wastes of space are all over-- before you jump on me, go look at the 'poinless' thread or the 'sig test' thread. This one at least has a purpose, no?

If Dryll wants to think I envy him that's fine with me . I've been working with DB and a member of the community far longer than he has, and I'll be around far after he's wandered off. I know his ilk .

Factually incorrect and now apparantly you have me sussed so much you even know my future.

BTW Mouse, I purchased the original DB not long after it came out before they even had the original forums, so how you could have known when I started is a mystery to me - i'm not even that sure myself when I started with DB.

As for political argument, I used a real world example to demonstrate a point, you focused on the example and completely missed the point. I urge you to re-read it and try doing so without a gun in your hand and actually listen.

'purchased DB not long after it came out'

And, as I said, you have been around long before I have. I've been watching and using DB since well before its major release. I've actually been around much before that, as I used the internet-purchase CD version for a long while before the boxed edition hit the stores.

'I used a real world example to demonstrate a point, you focused on the example and completely missed the point. I urge you to re-read it and try doing so without a gun in your hand and actually listen'

Very fancy way to say absolutely nothing, Dryll. I've had my arguments and you've had yours; we have evidence against each other but with political topics it's essentialy impossible to 'prove' what is right or wrong. I, however, was no less aggresive than you were.

There is a difference between attacking somebody and defending yourself against that attack. I remained considered and pragmatical for considerably longer, but now i've had enough. Either you shut up - or you get back more than you are giving. Your call.

Quote: "I've actually been around much before that, as I used the internet-purchase CD version for a long while before the boxed edition hit the stores."

Me too, I just didn't post on the forums very often and when I did I used my real name not my current handle, infact my first DB game was released before the shop-boxed version.

Is your claim true? I'm sceptical whether that is true.

The purpose of your claim? What would it proove if it was.

Quote: "we have evidence against each other"

Aye you have evidence against me, you have been using DB for longer which you've prooved by assuming I am a newcomer. Strong evidence indeed. What exactly have I done to wrong you to warrant your persistant and often arbitarry yet bitter attacks?

Quote: "with political topics it's essentialy impossible to 'prove' what is right or wrong"

The world is shades of grey, further 'evidence' (as you like to call it) that I was not wrong to say whatever it was you took offense too. The amusing thing is what led to this wasn't political at all, but in your twisted fantasy where you get to run rough-shod over other more timid forum dwellers you get to perceive the truth in your own way.

However the reality is a little different to your fantasy, because you can't just go around attacking people without a cause like you have been doing. In the reality version of events, your prey is going to bite back, and in this case you are not up to the challenge.

You aren't up to it because you started out wrong, you have an ill-founded argument based upon your own perception and miss-conceptions and not what was actually said.

You have now deleted your instigations in that other thread as a meens to hide this fact. If you want to argue over the remaining content i'll do that with you, but you wont win. You lost this argument the moment you got your gun out and started shooting insults with your only 'evidence' being that you used DB before me, which may not even be true.

Perhaps i'll reinstall the CD and see what version it is, I doubt it would proove anything worthwhile though - because it really doesn't matter who used DB first.
