Is trading model packs legal because i got a email asking please give me an answer then lock this.

I guess if the model pack is yours (you've created it) then it is ok .. but if it is not yours you have to ask the model pack owner first

A4 Productions sent me an email he wanted 2 swap tgc model packs I SAID NO!!!! he said he wont tell any1 so i flamed at him!!!

A4Productions (I ommited the 'z' on the end on purpose) has been banned for this very thing (well, that and a few other things). Trading model packs is not legal. When you buy a license to a model pack, you don't actually "own" the model pack; that right is left to the creator of the pack (intellectual property)...just like when you buy a license of a program, you only own a licensed copy.

Just to note; anyone found to be "trading" model packs, will be banned from here.
