Unfortunately the rescaling wasn't able to keep the aspect ratios, so it looks kind of odd...

Use irfran view(SP?) for resizing, it's so small to download and is quick and easy to use rather then waiting for photoshop or psp to load.

i always get better resizeing results if yu find out the size of the avatar and crop loads of times and shrink once in one go to the right size
