Hello All,

Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on my new site called FindTextures

It as a completly free site for downloading hundreds (so far) of high quality images quickly and easily. Its nearly complete and I want to get your opinion on it to make it as user friendly and simple to use as possible. I already have a good sized list of changes and browser issues but im going to be busy for the next week so I think this is a good time for some user testing.

There is no login, so you can get right into it fast.

If you do come across an error, or mistake can you please let me no here.

Nice, I think your site is well designed and easy to navigate. I've bookmarked it and I'm sure I'll be using this somepoint soon.

A note about your signature: Apollo doesn't support HTML, so change your signature code into BBCode. It should look something like :

To use that, copy and paste it into your signature. Replace # with [ and ~ with ]. It's a bit complex, I know, but good luck with it.

Darmic- did you bother to read the licensing info? I guess not since you asked that question..

@Stagnate- Where did you get these textures? As that is very important information that we need when you have it licensed the way you do..

I read it but it clearly states "You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor" He did not tell us what we can do with them.

@darimc - The textures are basically free to use, as long as you arnt making money off them without my permission. Chances are i wont mind if you make money but make sure you clear it with me first

@Urlforce Studios - Little harsh wasnt that? I have posted this around a few forums on the internet, im just doing this as sort of a summer project. I was originally going to keep all these textures for myself and have a small personal collection but decided to share them with everyone for free. There is no signup or popups or anything really. The company that pops up with the texture download window is Waitek, a company in New Zealand that has given me free hosting, the google ads are an attempt to try and raise a little money for the hours of work I have put in. Basically, im just trying to get a free service out there, you dont have to use it if you dont want to.

Regardless of this guy's intentions this cannot be allowed.

This was posted in the wrong forum and I mistook it for spam.I have taken care of any moderation that occurred and I will move this to 3D Chat.If a non FPSC moderator decided it is better off in another board then they can move it to wherever they feel it belongs.
