I have a couple of questions. Allies.
1.How do you command them?
2.do they take cover when their under fire?
3.Can they use Grenades?
4.Is it Possible to kill them?
5.Can you edit sounds in when you call out a command?
6.Can you change the huds over the allies to a name?(EX. Pvt.Bell)
7.Is it possible to make only one ally shoot at a time?
8.Can allies cure you and can you cure allies.

Enemies.
1.Do they take cover if you shoot at them enough?
2.Can they ambush you?

Rag doll.
1.If I made an enemy next to some oil drums will they fly?
2.When they are killed with a shot gun do they fly farther?

Skybox.
1. if theres a sky box with water can you fall into the water?

Misc.
1.What does the gray box in the markers do?
2.Can you kill people with objects you pick up (EX. A box.)
3.Can NPC's Swim?

Quote: "1.How do you command them?"

By pressing the: F(follow), G(attack), H(home).

Quote: "2.do they take cover when their under fire?"

Not really...or at least..i never noticed if they did.

Quote: "3.Can they use Grenades?"

Why shouldnt they be able to use grenades? So yes they can use grenades.

Quote: "4.Is it Possible to kill them?"

Yep...and its really funny

Quote: "5.Can you edit sounds in when you call out a command?"

Didnt tried...or didnt looked after that...
so..i dont know.

Quote: "6.Can you change the huds over the allies to a name?(EX. Pvt.Bell)"

I guess so...but than every ally would be named pvt Bell.

Quote: "7.Is it possible to make only one ally shoot at a time?"

I dont see a reason why you want that...but maybe.

Quote: "8.Can allies cure you and can you cure allies."

I think they can cure you...would have to edit some stuff of course.
But for other allies....dont know.

Enemies.
Quote: "1.Do they take cover if you shoot at them enough?"

Nope.

Quote: "2.Can they ambush you?"

Same as in X9....use triggerzones....but only this time they use better AI.

Rag doll.
Quote: "1.If I made an enemy next to some oil drums will they fly?"

Huh?!?

Quote: "2.When they are killed with a shot gun do they fly farther?"

They dont "fly" actually...they fall...they will only fly with explosives.
But i guess thats changable with some settings.

Skybox.
Quote: "1. if theres a sky box with water can you fall into the water?"

Okey answer this...
If i make a texture on a segmen (wall)....the texture contains
a superb character.
Would it be 3d ingame and have its own great biped?!?

Of course not...its just a texture...

Misc.
Quote: "1.What does the gray box in the markers do?"

never checked.

Quote: "2.Can you kill people with objects you pick up (EX. A box.)"

I dont think so...unless you throw a grenade...

Quote: "3.Can NPC's Swim?"

Nope.

If you mean if you shoot the exploading barrels and will they fly? Then they do, but they don't like fly up in the air, but they will fly on the ground away from were the explosion happend. I think you can edit their weight or something so you can change it.

There is a script for X9 were if you run up to an allie, it will heal you. But I don't think it will work for enimies.

Rick V(Commander of TGC republic) said they can, so I guess so.

If you have anymore questions, watch the FPSCX10 videos on youtube.

Hope that helped.

Personally, I think the "splash" effects in X10 are pretty weak. They are there, as well as ripples when you move, but I was fairly unimpressed with the gun-splash [when you shoot the water]. It's a fairly small effect and it doesn't really look right, especially with a machine gun. Nonetheless, it's there, and that's something. Also, the wading through water sounds are done well.

Come to think of it, I might see if I can increase the size of the splash. That would probably help.

More info soon!

Jiffy is right....the splash is very weak...
but its changable if you replace the textures..
and make your own...

I know...and i thought it was great if they did...
But i made some maps....with bunkers etc...nothing special..
Basically so the enemies...and allies can cover when they are shot.
But none of them did.
