Newcomers DBPro Corner / trying to load 2 bipmaps

I created 2 bitmaps and I can get one to load but the other will not.
i'm just playing around trying to learn this and that, but eventually I would like to side scoll the 2nd image.
i'll put my source so you can look at it. ( it's a spin off of the scroll effect in the tutorial)
any help will be nice

if you wato to use "get image" on this pic :load bitmap "halfcloud.jpg",1

you have to switch the working bitmap:

load bitmap "halfcloud.jpg",1
x1 = 0
y1 = 0
x2 = 800
y2 = 300
get image 1,0,0,800,300,0
set current bitmap 1 :rem switch to bitmap1
get image 2, x1,y1,x2,y2,0
set current bitmap 0 :rem switch back to bitmap 0
